3. Click Billing Information (left hand side)

5. If you selected the ESSENTIAL or PRO Package when you signed up, but would like to upgrade your account to receive a patient educational video library, click on UPGRADE OPTIONS (left hand side), select PREMIER or PREMIER PLUS, then click UPGRADE NOW.

6. We will send you an email asking you to select the educational videos for your website and/or office waiting room TV (Premier Plus Package)
